We met Amanda and Simon on a weekend event up in the Highlands of Scotland. Over the course of the next year we had a number of conversations about telling their story. They kindly let us into their lives and we spent a number of days with them over a few months. This allowed us to truly understand their unique business and family set up and successfully capture what they wanted to say.
