Early 2020 we worked with Blossom Coffee to build the brand and get the new business ready to attack a cafe culture.

Just as we finalised the brand, the packaging arrived, the contacts primed and the roasting started. The world got turned upside down, the hospitality industry disappeared in the global pandemic. Their business model was no longer fit for purpose.
As one door closed another opened. We worked hard and fast with Andy and Josh to bring the Blossom brand to life online, we tweaked tone of voice, led the ecom build and helped initiate a social push to engage a community stuck at home.
The online sales started to steadily build, industry articles and great press started to appear. The brand quickly became known as an exciting sustainably focussed specialty coffee roasters in the heart of Manchester.
From the start we worked with Manchester based illustrator Hannah Valentine. Hannah created a number of unique brand elements that we used across various executions.
As with any brand you have to be in a position to adapt to customer and market demands, this coffee brand has ridden an early storm and they are stronger and ready to take the coffee market by storm.
